cottage cheese 4 packets
spinach 1/3 kg
fresh cream 2 packet
garlic 3 cloves
green chili 5 sliced
oil 1/2 cup
black pepper 2 tsp (crushed)
salt to taste


 boil spinach in the same water in which you soaked it
in a cooking pot add spinach salt and fresh cream gently simmer on low heat for 4 minutes
cut cottage cheese into cubes and fry in a pan until they are slightly brown
spread cheese cubes on top of spinach
for baghar sauté garlic and apply baghar on spinach
top with green chilies and crushed black pepper and serve
