1/4 cup of your favorite dry BBQ rub ( I used a sweet mesquite flavor )
2 lb. pork spareribs
1 cup Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce( or whatever flavor you like best )

HEAT oven to 200ºF.
PLACE ribs, meat-sides up, in single layer in shallow pan; rub with dry rub. Cover.
BAKE 4 hours or until ribs are tender, Uncover and brush with BBQ sauce 2 or 3 times during last hour of baking
